- You can 100% confirm that you have business development / cold calling experience and have brought on new business before.
- You are an agency side recruiter or have been very recently and have a strong billing history which you can demonstrate and prove if necessary.
- You have chosen already chosen a niche in one of the following sectors: Construction, Healthcare, Energy, Technology or Life Sciences to represent KTS within.
- You have a geographic focus and experience in the region in which you wish to operate as a freelancer/ franchisee with the KTS Group.
